A recently conducted in-depth research study revealed that 59% respondents are eager to resume spa and salon visits whereas 79% men are visiting salons for haircuts. 76% people opted spending more on leisure activities once the vaccine is out.

The study highlighted the dynamics in play, and how salons can expect growth despite the emergence of the at-home segment. Sachin Kamat, Director – Customer Engagement, Enrich said, “The phase-wise lifting of the lockdown allowed time for salons to get back on track and adjust to the new normal which came with challenges of maintaining brand salience. All these factors came together to provide a greater understanding of the nuances of the business-enhancing better operational and safety practices while balancing the creativity with popular services post the lockdown.”
